2020 EcoSport BS6: Ford's Compact SUV Release
Ford has launched the EcoSport Compact SUV with the BS6 as a 2020 offer in India. Its ex-showroom price starts at Rs 8.04 lakh.
US-based automaker Ford has recently launched its compact SUV, the 2020 EcoSport BS6. Customers can purchase the 2020 EcoSport BS6 SUV with a BS6 provision for Rs 8.04 lakh.
The 2020 EcoSport BS6 Compact SUU includes both petrol and diesel, the petrol version has an ex-showroom price of Rs 8.04 lakh and the diesel version has an ex-showroom price of Rs 8.54 lakh.
The BS6 EcoSport SUV is no more than the design of its predecessor. Similar to its SUV, the BS6 EcoSport features LED DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, and headlights.
The interior of the 2020 EcoSport BS6 Compact SUV is fitted with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and App CarPlay, leather built-in seating, automatic climate controllers, and multi-function steering wheels.
The 2020 Ford EcoSport BS6 SUV can be purchased with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder TI-VCT petrol engine and a 1.5-liter TDCI diesel engine.
The petrol engine option in the BS6 EcoSport Compact SUV produces 118bhp and 149Nm of torque while the diesel engine version is capable of producing 98bhp and 215Nm of torque.
In terms of driver and passenger safety, this compact SUV features two airbags, EBD-equipped ABSs, parking sensors, speed alerts and automatic door locks.
Further, the BS6 EcoSport is equipped with ambient lighting and a touch screen infotainment system for rear passengers.
Compared to the former Ford EcoSport Compact SUV, the new 2020 Ford EcoSport Compact SUV has not seen much change in design, rather the 2020 SUV has been differentiated in the engine system.
